Merc Rick became a moderator of the nerd.nu servers on December 2012, and was added as the third mayor of Tsitrin due to his extensive help in seeing the city through Revision 11. Thanks to his efforts, the city was later expanded to house an ice-making machine designed by Merc_rick, which became a major draw to the town.
